This set is great just to stay in shape. After 2 months of using it, 4 to 5 times a week, the ring on the bar came off but after I sought out customer service, they helped me out right now. Obviously don't break your product for fun but know that someone is there to help out if anything happens!

Bought it for my son who is into weight lifting. He doesn't have much free weights at home, but he told me that the resistance bands and exercise bar nearly completes his setup which tells me a lot about this product. My husband who is into physical fitness also uses it and said that it's impressive that you can get a really good workout by just using the Innstar resistance bands and bar.

Pas besoin d’avoir un banc avec des haltères, ce produit fait largement le travail, certes il faut quand même avoir un tapis en mousse pour le dos lorsque vous faites des développer couché. C’est un très bon appareil qui ne prend presque pas de place, comparé à un banc.
