INNSTARBANDS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Innstarbands Customer Service department at support@innstarbands.com within 30 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that Gift Cards are not eligible for return/refund.

Our return policy applies to products purchased directly from innstarbands.com and lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns of merchandise only under the following conditions:

You must receive a RMA number from www.innstarbands.com before shipping the product to us. Products returned without a RMA number will not be refunded or credited and will be discarded. Your return shipment must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the delivery of the product. Products must be returned undamaged in original packaging.

Returns must include a notation of the RMA we provide for you. Returns must be in original condition with all accessories and materials included. (You may test your product during this 30 day period, and still return it, as long as you have not damaged it during that time).

RETURN SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ship your return to the address provided at the time your RMA is issued. Please do not send your return back to the address it was shipped from, else we may not be able recover your Innstarbands product or issue a refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within one working week. Shipping costs such as international shipping fees and expedited shipping fees will be refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

INNSTARBANDS SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your Innstar Bands return.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:

fittstar.com defines an unauthorized return as any merchandise returned to our facilities without a valid and current RMA number issued by us. Failure to properly mark packages with a valid RMA number, or allowing an RMA number to expire, will cause us to consider a return unauthorized. Any merchandise returned without a RMA number will not be subject to a refund or credit and we will discard the product. The customer assumes all shipping charges for any unauthorized return.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your order begins processing as soon as you click the “Submit” button. After submission, it may be possible to cancel your order by emailing us directly. Once inventory has been allocated to your order, it cannot be canceled.

IMPORTANT: Any attempts to cancel your order after it moves into the shipping process does not guarantee the order will not be shipped.

If you change your mind about the order or we are unable to stop your order, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.
