At first I was a bit scared about ordering the large, because I wasn't sure how much resistance this large had, and if I was gonna be able to pull it without pulling my hamstrings or cramping my legs, but now I'm glad I did because I get a good pull, when doing those leg exercises. I was a bit concerned about hooking it too the door, so I wrapped it around the foot of the bed or the dresser and its the same effect. So I'm happy.

I love these bands, they are very challenging and definitely get my legs burning. I follow the enclosed workout plan and by the end I'm sweating, heart rate up and whole lower body feeling the burn.

Great versatile workout if you put it at the top of the door you can do upper body exercises. Perfect for quarantine.

These resistance bands are great. I use them on the upper body probably more than the lower. Great for shoulder and chest exercises. Love that I can just shut the door over the stopper. So much better than other bands I've used with like my foot to hold them down.

These are a must have for at home gyms or travel!!! I ordered the “heavy” bands and they are just the right amount of resistance for a challenging workout as if I were in the gym w/ cables. Thank you!!!

I was looking for something to add to my at home days exercise regimen, and that would challenge me just like the gym equipment. I am not disappointed and this product works great - is great for kickbacks, and hip exercises. I got the "heavy" for more of a challenge.

This glute band is the truth. I brought this due to gyms being closed. I was hoping it would give me a good sweat but had no idea how much of a gem this thing would be. Definitely worth the purchase.
