I'm loving these resistance bands! I have been into fitness for most of my life and have bought several exercise products throughout the year's especially resistance type product's for home workouts. I can honestly say I am impressed at how well made these bands are.

I absolutely love these bands! I am a 46-year-old black woman who is morbidly obese I weigh over 350 pounds and I love these bands! I have chronic osteoarthritis in my left knee and it’s very hard to walk or be active. This is the best purchase I’ve ever made because I can sit and use this by putting it underneath my feet and using it to exercise my arms back and chest! I own almost all of their brown camo (heavy) resistance bands,& after having a cheap band I bought from another company snap,& miss my eye by .5”, leaving me with a knot under,& a black eye for weeks, I looked into “safer” options for resistance bands. INNSTAR is it,& they have reinforced ballistic nylon over their bands,& even if one did somehow snap, it’s not going to fly back at you,& almost take your eye out. It will remain concealed inside the nylon,& You will remain free of harms way.
