SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME 

We ship to USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Singapore and Europe. 

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

We are working with USPS (for US orders) and SF EXPRESS, delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days worldwide from the date an order is processed and shipped. 

Thank you for your understanding that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before the delivery date provided.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

All import taxes will be paid as soon as your package reaches its destination country.

For all orders outside of the countries listed, you are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

LATE SHIPPING

If your order does not arrive within 30 days, we are committed to reimbursing you in full. No refund will be issued before these 30 days.

Please understand that deliveries may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control (so please be aware of your local restrictions regarding COVID until deliveries resume normally).
