    I use this for RBT training and it works brilliantly with 41" loop bands using carabiners for attachments. Cheap but quality made. I abuse this bar 5 days a week and it's still going strong to this day.

    I have been looking for a bar that I could do some golf exercises with on a cable machine. This fits the bill. It is tough enough, the right length. Perfect for the exercises in my fitness regimen.

    The bar and workout i have been looking for. Bar is built strong and sturdy, bands and straps are very strong. The workout is awesome, a lot of exercise's to do without using door straps, for some reason pulling band straps to a door worry me. My routine that i chose is really good and i feel it.

    This is seriously the best bar I have seen, sturdy and quality beyond belief. After years of just using weights( dumbbells ), after dealing with Covid and canceling my gym membership( last year ) I found that the straps and bands or more resistible yet needed and have a better range of motion. I still use dumbbells every now and then for the bulk but I do lean to this product for cuts and definition.I still use dumbbells every now and then for the bulk but I do lean to this product. Provide stability and less movement and still able to hit the target areas.Curls, presses, squats you got it! GET THIS BAR!

    Want to do bench presses and I don't have room for a bench and a set of weights at home. This does exactly what I want. One suggestion: instead of paying up for their bar, buy a 1" dowel at your local hardware store for a couple of bucks.

    I am home due to covid and decided I needed to start working out again. I purchased strength bands to get started. I really have come to see their value and function. I wanted to try a little more variety and this bar does the trick. Well worth the purchase price if you are looking to take your strength band workout to the next level with some added variety.
