I have recently bought a whole set of these, and simply installed eye hooks in the walls at different heights to simulate different workout routines. Such a great option to give you the full gym experience for pennies on the dollar.

I use this for a functional trainer with very heavy weight. It’s very sturdy and I’m glad I found this item. It is perfect for what I’m using it.

My husband absolutely loves this, after a couple of uses he said he can really “feel the burn” lol. A good addition to any home workouts.

Just received this as an early birthday present so I can workout at home due to the Coronavirus pandemic. I’ve used it about 3 days now; workouts include everything from laying down and using it as a chest press, standing up and using it as a incline press, bent-over rows, chefs fly, seated rows, and pushups. What I love most about it is that I can adjust the weight for each workout by subtracting bands or safely adding them again. Make sure the bands are secure before using heavy resistance. Cons: not actual cons, but future models are possibly adjustable?

I use this for RBT training and it works brilliantly with 41" loop bands using carabiners for attachments. Cheap but quality made. I abuse this bar 5 days a week and it's still going strong to this day.

I have been looking for a bar that I could do some golf exercises with on a cable machine. This fits the bill. It is tough enough, the right length. Perfect for the exercises in my fitness regimen.

The bar and workout i have been looking for. Bar is built strong and sturdy, bands and straps are very strong. The workout is awesome, a lot of exercise's to do without using door straps, for some reason pulling band straps to a door worry me. My routine that i chose is really good and i feel it.
